maxsoft shiny rayquaza's legality was officially renounced
with no eligibility in internet trades, any serious PvP battle modes, and official sanctioned events, it's practically a hackmon

don't think this mess was intended to happen, but the maxsoft shiny rayquaza was a clone of both the WHF15 and corocoro shiny rayquaza, and we got the galileo shiny rayquaza anyway
