On the matter of Flappy Bird, someone made a lore video for it.
It does a wonderful job explaining the twisted insanity that is Flappy Bird.



Needless to say, this game does not interest me. I'd rather play old-school story-heavy FPS like the System Shock series and the Marathon trilogy, the Contra series, anything Metroid, some of the Castlevania games, some of the MegaMan games and spinoffs, some fighting games like Marvel VS Capcom, Tatsunoko VS Capcom, Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus (I really need to learn how to get good at fighting games. >_<),  JRPGs like Chrono Trigger, Summon Night Swordcraft Story, and anything Front Mission.

Speaking of System Shock, there's also a lore video on System Shock.

I liked your philosophic content part. I liked it even though I don't like philosophy. Humanity does go from a very rational species to a drunk one in an instant. But I remembered that my faith in humanity < 0, before I posted this thread. So nope.

Neither does the game interest me. Not to mention I'm probably playing a better variant of it, as a collectible vehicle named the Profit Birf in Jetpack Joyride. I always ask myself why Profit Bird wasn't obsessed over while Flappy Bird was, even though they're nearly the same. If I wanted to obsess over a game, a Sonic game is a good candidate. Or to be rather a specific, a game with effort spent into it, than a game with... the least efforts possible.
